I graduated from the University of West Florida, Class of 1971, with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts. Afterwards, I worked a couple of jobs in the electronic market and was self-employed in retail clothing, until 1986 when I joined KHQA-TV in Quincy, Illinois as an Account Executive. In 1995, I was hired by Telemedia Communications to be the General Sales Manager for WTAD-AM, WQCY-FM, and WMOS-FM in Quincy.
In 1997, I returned to KHQA-TV as the General Sales Manager and held that position until 1999. I left KHQA-TV when I was hired as General Manager of WPWQ-FM and WKXQ-FM for WPW Broadcasting, now known as Prairie Communications. |
